Types of cell phones.

The "flip" phone is a dying trend. About three to four years ago "flip" phones were all the rage. Then slide phones and touch screen phones started coming out and the flip phones started a slow decline. The highest peak that flip phones ever got to was the Motorola Razor. The Razor became huge because of how thin it was, but if you look at the way it operated it was really a bad phone. Slide phones like the LG Shine were becoming a big thing and taking over the flip phones because they could be opened with a flick of the thumb; whereas with flip phones you have to push your thumb under the top of the phone and flick it up. Also with flip phones you could easily snap them in half at the hinge. Then the touch screen phones started coming in and surpassed all others because there were no more buttons on them. All you had to do to them was touch the screen and you were granted your wish with the tap of a finger.
In the future I see all phones but touch screen phones becoming extinct. Simply because they have a bigger screen to display on and you will no longer have the haggle of pushing a button.
